Terms and Conditions

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver in 5 to 7 working days where stock allows. If stock is not available we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified in writing to the company within 7 days of receipt.
  • If you are not in Australia you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control and payment of these charges is your responsibility.
  • If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
  • Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a ‘use or return’.

Pricing Policy and Contract Formation

  • Neither the receipt of your order by us nor the receipt of our confirmation of order by you constitutes the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.
  • We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item and will notify you as soon as possible of any such action.
  • We reserve the right not to do business with any individual or company at our absolute discretion.
  • Subject to the other terms and conditions any order shall only be deemed to have been accepted when we have expressly confirmed that we have accepted your order and have shipped the goods to you.
  • Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
  • All prices include GST unless stated otherwise

Return of faulty goods

  • If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
  • A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods.
  • The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
  • Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, for your own protection please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
  • During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.
  • If the goods are not complete, new and unused then a restocking fee may apply dependent upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.
  • If when an item is tested no fault is found we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.
  • If an item is returned for refund for reason of being faulty due to not being accepted by the vehicle during programming, it is advised that professional programming assistance be sought as it is most likely to be the vehicle or the execution of the programming procedure which is at fault. Goods returned for this reason that are found to be in good working order will be refunded to the value that equals the price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are not refunded in this case.
  • Goods returned for refund that were incorrectly supplied will be refunded at 100% of the price of the product plus any (original) delivery charges.
  • Goods returned for refund that were incorrectly ordered may be returned for a credit to the value that equals the price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are not refunded in this case.
  • You may not cancel your order if any software supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original credit/charge/debit card/PayPal account the goods were purchased with. Outgoing delivery charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
